Many of you may think the title of my blog is a mistake but it was intentional. Let me explain the title. I am trying to be a stay-at-home mom. For some reason, I have been trying for the past six years to prove that I am an integral part of society and that I am not a nobody. I think a big part of this is because I have been brought up to believe that just being a mom is not an accomplishment. After being terminated from a well paying job and finding myself without a job; I think I have found myself. I have always wanted to be just a mom and I think that I am realizing that this being a mom is not something to look down upon. However, this is not the only revelation I have discovered, you also need money to stay-at-home. I love my kids and do not want to miss another minute of their lives and this is why I am starting this at home business. I thought I was working all those hours at work to provide for my kids but it was not for them. All that work was for a ideal that was never going to happen because that was someone else's dream and not mine. Hopefully this business will get me to a point where I have enough to pay all the bills and have enough to go to a movie without the kids on the weekend.
On that note I will finish this post with saying that not all the posts will be all about me. I want the blog to be intriguing and fun for everyone involved.
